Default Printers missing under "Page Setup"

I have several printers that I print to. Normally when I print I go into "Page Setup" and select the printer so that I can correctly choose paper sizes and additional options. Unfortunately the only option I get is "Any Printer" which does me no good. This isn't an issue with any of CS3 applications, just Acrobat Pro 9. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've had the same problem, only it's wonky. Sometimes I only get Any Printer, and sometimes I get my list of printers. I can't figure out what causes it. I'm also on Acrobat 9, and I'm running OS 10.4.11 on a G4 with 2 gigs of RAM. I wouldn't worry about it except that when I don't set the precise printer I'm using on the Page Setup, there is a bit at the bottom of all my files that is cut off in my prints.
When I click on Any Printer that's all that shows is Any Printer. My list doesn't appear.

I have Quite Imposing Plus loaded on my machine, and I just noticed that if I don't have the Control Panel open, I can't get to my printers in the Page Setup. If the control panel is open, I usually can. If I can't I just cancel out of the Page Setup dialog, and open it again and then I can access my printers. However, as I said if the control panel for Quite Imposing isn't open, I can't get to them at all.
