Excuse me, Jon, but where is Acrobat 7's multiple-up options. You're not talking about Mac OS X Print dialog's Layout panel are you?

Under Page Scaling, there is an option to choose 'Multiple pages per sheet'

In the print dialog box, there is a page scaling option. In that drop
down menu, there is multiple pages per sheet.
