Printing Comments - increases dimensions
Mac OS 10.4.7
Acrobat 7.08
G5 dual 2 GHz
2 GB Ram
I have a pdf that measures 2.25" wide by 3" deep. I print it out to a laser printer (1 of 4 - HP - Xante) and it prints fine on an 8.5 x 11 size sheet of paper. Using the comment and drawing markup tools I indicate 1 small change. When printing using the "Print with comments summary" the physical measurements of the 2.25x3 expands to fill up the entire 8.5x11 sheet of paper proportionally. It appears as if the page scaling is set to "fit to printer margins" however the page scaling is set to "none". If I delete the comments the page will print at the correct size again. This actually happens to all sizes and will even resize to 11x17 sheet of paper.
This happens on multiple machines.
How can I turn this off?
Thanks,
Jon

Re: Printing Comments - increases dimensions
Instead of printing a comment summary, try printing normally, but with document markup included.

Re: Printing Comments - increases dimensions
Simon,
I printed as suggested and it prints at the correct size however, the PDFs with markups are all built to actual size. When comments are added they typically overflow into the "pasteboard" area (off the actual image) so when printed as suggested the comments don't show up. I like the summary of comments with the sequence numbers on the separate page. What also happens is the image area actually blows up larger than what will fit on the page so some of it actually gets off.
Thanks
