I am currently having the same issue as the rest of you. I'm using Adobe Professional 6.03 and Mac OS X 10.3.9. For a one page document printing to a HP Color LaserJet 3500 it takes about five to ten minutes. I have checked for the latest drivers from HP and installed those. Also have printed the same document on the black and white lasers we have here (also HP branded)and those print fine. I tried doing what was suggested by Pat and when I try to hit the preview button within the printing window I recieve an error that states "Preview not supported". Also? When I try to open up the advanced preferences on the print window it too takes about five minutes to open. Anyone have any suggestions?

As Pat pointed out, you can use Mac Preview to print PDF files much faster than Acrobat does. Preview prints with better image, too.
