Default Printing from Web Preview with Publisher 2000

When trying to print from Publisher 2000's Web Preview, my single page of
content prints as 3 pages - a mostly blank page before and after (only thing
printed on pages 1 and 3 are the browser's header and footer lines).
(Browser is IE 5.5, OS is Win98)

My previous web page used page setup set to "Standard", but now I have set
it to "Wide" ... could this cause a problem?

Anything with margins or anything else I should watch for?

Problem solved ... I hadn't fully understood Pub's treatment of overlapping
    objects ...

I had a top banner overlapping with a left sidebar the result that my entire
page was being treated as a single graphic. Untangling them did the trick.
