Printing is scaled very small in Illustrator CS
When printing out of Illustrator to HP Laserjet 5000N, the illustration prints about 20% of size in upper left corner. I have checked everything and even reinstalled.
Has this happened to anyone else?

In the print dialog under General at the bottom of the dialog it says Custom Scale that is probably set to something less than 100%.
If it is then your preferences are corrupt and you want to trash them first quit AI trash the preferences. You should be OK! When reinstalling an application you have to trash the preferences or you are back to where you started.
