printing problem cs2 mac10.4 cannot select ppd
have idcs2 and mac os10.4 printing on hp laserjet 2200dn. cannot select ppd in print dialogue for cs2.print button is greyed out in this box. have updated and reinstalled driver. all other programs print ok. any ideas.
