Re: Printing problem in OS X
i am having the same problem. i've checked page setup umpteen times. it keeps saying that not all the image will be able to fit on the page. sometimes it acts like it spools to the printer, but nothing ever comes out. i have this problem whichever printer i'm using.
it's so frustrating. it seems like FH10 and MX both have terrible defaults when it comes to printing.
any other suggestions out there?

You must first install the correct printer drivers with OS X installers.
Turn on the printer and set it up in Print Centers.
When you print from FHMX, in Print > Advanced > Print Settings choose the
correct PPD (if it's a Postscript printer).
The 'not all image will fit on page' means you have objects that go beyond
the printable margins of the page. They may be only no stroke/no fill
objects, but they will trigger the warning. Having the correct PPD selected
means you'll get the maximum print area that your printer can handle.
You may also have an issue with OS X permissions which I can't help you
with.
