What are the specs of your new documents?

How many pixels by how many pixels at what resolution?

What do you mean by full size

Judging by the screen preview at 100%, or by the size reported in image size?

    Try view>print size.

I'm trying to print a 16 x 12 inch .psd image on my Epson 1280 printer. When I customize the page settings the program refuses to recognize the custom settings. It reverts to letter size.
