Printing to Custom Page Size
We have a book with pages that fit 2 to a sheet on legal size paper (7x8.5 --> 14x8.5)I've created a custom page size in my Distiller printer in the Settings on my PC running XP, but when I return to Acrobat and try to designate the page size of 7x8.5 I don't have that option. All the standard sizes are there, but there's not even a "custom" choice to make, let alone the 7x8.5 page ("legal half.")
I am printing from Acrobat Readr 6.0. Any suggestions?
TIA
Peggy

Re: Printing to Custom Page Size
I've done all this . . . the PDF is the correct size (7x8.5.) What I don't get in the print dialog box is the "Legal Half" that I set up. I see it in the "distiller printer" but not when I go to print to a device. ALL of our devices will actually accept that size paper, and in other print dialog boxes I can chose that. But NOT from the Acrobat print dialog box.
Any other suggestions?
