What options have you got in the transparency settings for each frame? Knockout and isolate?

I'll have to check. I'm not sure that I've even seen the terms "knockout" and "isolate" in the ID menus. Looks like I have something new to learn here.
What I can tell you is that it appears correct on screen and if I make a PDF it is also correct on screen and it prints correctly from the PDF.
