I have a Phaser 8400 that I am having trouble printing custom sizes with. I know it supports printing sizes like 5.25 x 5.25 and 7 x 5 etc...however when I print these sizes strange things are happening. With the 5.25 x 5.25 it only prints half the word that I am trying to print, ie: lops off the top half of the word. With the 7 x 5 it prints on the top half of the page but not the bottom. I was setting up the sizes within Illustrator and that wasn't working so I tried using the printer set up tools and that didn't help either.
I think I am missing something pretty obvious here, help is appreciated. Thanks.
