PrivateData
Hello,
We use Illustrator 10 and save our ads as Illus. 9.eps to work with our pagination system.
The pagination system is truncating the .eps file after the first EOF. Sometimes the pages
work without the PrivateData and sometimes they don't. What is PrivateData??
What does PrivateData do?

Re: PrivateData
The private data is the round trip data that Illustrator stores in the EPS so that it can open it back up and edit it. Its basically a big PostScript comment that contains a description of the Illustrator document. It is not needed in order to print the EPS.
