Default Problem adding Excel Spreadsheet to Web Page

One of my users has a problem when she tries to put an Excel spreadsheet into
Contribute. She first gets a message that she "selected a large document that
may take several minutes to import" and then Contribute acts like it's working,
but then she finally gets a message "a script in C:\Program Files ...
Commands\PMScanners.js has been running a long time". She's using Contribute 3
and has tried both copy/paste and inserting an Office document. The
    spreadsheet is about 30K.

Does anyone have an idea about what could be causing this? Better yet, how to
    fix it?

    Thanks.

Default Re: Problem adding Excel Spreadsheet to Web Page

Well, we figured out how to make it work. Instead of trying to insert the
spreadsheet or copy/paste of the entire spreadsheet, we selected the specific
cells (all of them in this case) and then did a copy/paste. Strange that it
wouldn't work the other ways, but at least we got the data in the web page.
