Problem adding system in DB2 V8 - IBM DB2

When I try to add new system inside Control Center or Configuration assistant I get error message: SQL1092N "MY_USER" does not have the authority to perform the requested command. What authorities must I have add system? Can someone help me understand relation between DB2 and local users/domain users on Windows? Thanks. Filip...

Adding a system is equivalent to issuing a "catalog NODE" command from
the CLP and requires SYSADM or SYSCTRL authority.

The simplest thing is to give Administrator authority to your id on
Windows. If you can't do that, you need to ask an administrator on your
    system to:

1- Create a group (e.g my_sysadm_grp) and add your id to it on Windows
    2- Update dbm cfg using SYSADM_GROUP my_sysadm_grp

Another option, set the option CATALOG_NOAUTH to 'YES' once (using an
administrator account) and everybody can catalog nodes (systems) and
    databases.

Thank you both for your answers. I did all of that already but I
couldn't catalog node, so I uninstalled DB2 server from my machine and
installed only DB2 application development client. After that
everything worked fine. I suppose that I made a mistake during
installation of DB2 server on my machine.

    Thanks, Filip
