Default Problem after publishin gto the web

I've developed my site, tested it locally, and now published it to the web. But
    I'm getting this problem

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Could not use ''; file already in use.

    /introduction.asp, line 36

    Anybody got any ideas?
