Problem: All of my blues show up as a teal/blue/gray color on the color picker.
Problem: All of my blues show up as a teal/blue/gray color on the color picker.
Im running the web graphics defaults and have tried uninstalling photoshop 3 times only to come up and notice that it didn't purge my previous settings. How do I completely purge ALL PHOTOSHOP FILES/Settings so that I can reinstall it completely.

If you want to delete your preferences (which a reinstall does NOT do) see the FAQ.
You may have a monitor calibration issue. You might want to spend 15 minutes at Ian Lyons' most excellent site:
