Re: problem downloading acrobat.
I have imac on os9.2 (recently upgraded), never used acrobat/adobe before.
I downloaded acrobat (version recommended for my os) ok.
Then I clicked rdweb icon and told I don't have stuffit expander (even though I have) says "select alternate program, with or without translation" -- I don't know what this means but I click open and this successfully expands acrobat startup file.
Here's where I run into trouble:
It created a folder and started downloading the 130 odd files but seized up at the last hurdle (127) . I cancelled and tried the process again, but this time it seized up at the beginning.
I dumped the file and downloaded a fresh copy and ran into exactly the same problem.
Could anybody be so kind as to help me through this, or at least provide some suggestions as to what the problem may be?
I've never used an adobe product before.
here's hopin' --- Ergi.

Re: problem downloading acrobat.
Acrobat is not available for download. It was a commercial product. You
probabaly downloaded Acrobat Reader. If so, what version? Please
included all steps in your download and installation proceedure. Please
let us know what version of Reader you have downloaded. HOWEVER, please
repost this information in the Reader forum. NOT this forum which is for
the Acrobat commercial product.
Thanks...Mike

Re: problem downloading acrobat.
I should be more specific and say that no current version of Acrobat
that runs under OS 9 is available for download.
