First thank you to whomever can help me.

I have created a site in dreamweaver with php includes, such as the header and
navigation bars, and have created templates with editable regions so that my
project manager can assist in entering in context on the secondary pages.

Here's the problem everytime she creates a page from a dreamweaver template, I
upgrade the template, and then she is no longer able to edit that page.
Everytime I update the templates she is unable to edit the previous pages
created.

Why?
