You need Solaris 8 x86 7/2001 or newer.

I got your reply for that installation of Solaris8 on Intel Pentium
IV. Thankyou very much. I have installed it successfully.I need one
more favour from you...
I have this BoxD845GVAD2 mother board which has this in-built VGA
Card. I have installed the software but when i boot the system, it
boots and then when it try to comes up ....it restarts again.
I belive it is non-suitability of VGA card or is there any way i can
set this up.
Please help me in this regard.

might want to try that. You didn't mention which vidoe card you
have. Another option is upgrading to Solaris 9 and/or using the
latest Xfree86 video Solaris driver at mention at:
