Problem printing from Adobe Acrobat. - Mac Applications & Software

I have Acrobat 5.0 on my G4 Glue and Silver Mac (System OS X-Jaguar, 10.2.8). When I try to print I get the usual print dialog box. Clicking print brings up a message box in a second or two that simply says "This Doent Cannot be Printed." No other information. I have to dismiss it without output. The printer works with other applications and there is no security set for the doent in Acrobat. Anyone know what the heck is going on? Thanks for any help. -- Lou Pecora - My views are my own....

I just use Preview when Acrobat does that.

Thanks. I'll give it a shot.

I may have to do that 'forever' since Acrobat is doing it even after a
    reboot.

I found the answer with some trial and error and also playing off the
ideas of deleting and re-selecting the printer and PPD file (it took
both - thanks to Nathan Strong and Tim Murray on the Adobe online forum
    for helpful hints).

I downloaded the latest HP LaserJet 2200d drivers for OS X. Installed
them, deleted the printer and selected it again with the new PPD. The
old PPD is still there so it was trial and error to tell which to use
as the print center does not say which is which -- I located one in the
OS X location and one in the old System Folder:Extensions: file. The
latter was probably corrupt; it was what I used before installing OS X
    over my old System 9.1.

Then launching Acrobat (and launching appears to be required as I
sensed Acrobat got the printer description upon the first Print command
and did not update it) did the trick. Since I made the printer Default
in the Print Center I didn't have to go through Page Set Up.

Thanks, again, to all who answered.
