Problem printing from Arobat 6.0.1 Professional solution
Running Mac OS 10.3.3. Updated to Acrobat Professional 6.0.1 from 6.0.0 and Reader 6.0.2 from 6.0.0. After the update my .pdf files would spool but not print from my Epson 2200 printer, with the most current drivers installed from either of these applications. Before the updater everything worked fine. Files now returned to hold status in the printer que. Acrobat tech support said it was an issue with Epson.
Solution: Delete all printers shown in the Print Setup Utility List. Restart Mac and printers should return to the list. If not click the 'add' button, allow search to complete driver search, and select the printers removed. All is now working well. Why couldn't Acrobat tech support tell me this?
