Default problem related to Temporary Internet files

i uploaded a Flash guest broad and tried it.But i found that the data is
    outdated.
the browser just read all the things(including my .swf and the file of
    messages)from Temporary Internet files.
So i can't get the must updated data....
how to ensure the browser getting objects(.swf & .dat) from the web server..
But not getting the Object from user's own computer?

    Thanks for answering my question.

    Tin,

If you are using Internet Explorer, click "Tools", "Internet Options", under
the "General tab", click "Delete Files".

You can also navigate to your Temporary Internet Files folder on your hard
    drive and delete them manually.

Then refresh your browser and the files should be pulled from the server and
    your content should be new.
