Problem saving and sending .pdf files via email
Hello,
I am trying to remotely support a Mac user (OS X.2.2) with the use of forms created in Acrobat 5. She has Acrobat 6 standard installed.
The problem she reports is that she can fill in the fields on a form, save it, open it - the fields are still filled in - but when she emails it there isn't any data.
I tried doing the same using a workstation (Windows XP) that has Acrobat 6 standard (for Windows) installed. I was able to save the form (with a new name), open it again, and emailed it to another workstation (Win XP, Acrobat 5 for Windows) and the text was there every step of the way. When I forwarded the .pdf file to my client she got a blank document.
Any thoughts? I don't know what she uses for mail - I know it's not Entourage.
Thanks,
Sarah
