Problem saving tiff file as jpg
I have opened a tiff file from a disk and am trying to save on my hard drive as a jpg file - however, jpg does not appear as a file option. There are no layers and the image is an rgb file but I just don't see the usual list of file options.
Any ideas please?!

Thanks for your reply Carol. The image is already 8 bits RGB....any other ideas as to why I can't save as jpg?!
