Problem starting Contribute

Hi,

I've been using CS3 for a few months but only now have found a use for
Contribute. While ALL of the other CS3 applications start*, when I click on
Contribute it doesn't start up. (Click a second time and I get a C++ Runtime
error, so clearly my first click got something going.)

I just reinstalled CS3 and the problem persists. Can anyone explain why and
offer a solution?

* I have noticed two other strange behaviors with CS3. Illustrator often
won't shut down properly and I've noticed once or twice an application doesn't
appear on the Task bar, but I can {Ctrl}{Tab} to find it running at which time
it does appear on the Task bar - this is NOT the case with Contribute, however,
and I haven't seen these two issues with the reinstall because I just did the
reinstall.

Uninstalled, reinstalled. Works now.
