Shouldn't you instead be viewing the SWF embedded in HTML with a NetConnection
in the SWF using RTMP?

I have installed trial version of Flash Comm Server 1.5 on W2K workstation with
IIS5 and I had the same problem.
Even when I tried to access admin site through Flash player I couldn't resolve
the problem.
In IIS console create a virtual directory called "flashcomadmin" and map it to
"C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash Communication Server MX\flashcom_help"
directory and from your IE browser access
http://localhost/flashcomadmin/html/admin/admin.html
type in admin userid and password you have created during installation. You
will see the admin console.
