Problem when saving as a PDF
Hi
Whenever I save as an Illustrator CS document as a screen optimised .pdf, I get this white border around my .jpeg images when I open the .pdf in Acrobat Reader 6.
The problem, of course, is not noticeable on a white background. On a coloured background its it's very thin, and very annoying because I can't get rid of it not matter what I try. Any suggestions?
Regards
Jason

Re: Problem when saving as a PDF
Try turning on snap to pixel before you place the JPEG in the Illustrator file so that the JPEG will line up with the pixel grid in Illustrator. The white border may be the half pixel sitting on the edge of where the JPEG is placed.

Re: Problem when saving as a PDF
Thanks, I'll try that.
I remade the document in InDesign and I had no such problem there when I converted it to a PDF.
