problem with an asp guestbook

Hello to everyone
I tried to add this ready to use guestbook to my website:

Yet, it doesn't work, and I can't really understand why

I get this error: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ad'
ActiveX component can't create object: 'Scripting.FileSystemObject'

What I am supposed to do ? Can someone please tell me what's wrong
with it ?
I hope someone is able to make the guestbook work

Scripting.FileSystemObject is part of the scripting runtime. it should
be installed with the windows script engines, though in this case I
suspect you have a permissions problem.

without more info I can't be specific, though.
