Problem with changing quotes to inch marks
Hi all, first post for me, thanks for having this group. I am working
with Adobe CS2 on a G5, and I need to know if anyone knows how to
change the quote marks to inch marks. I have tried find/replace and it
acts like it is changing something ("26 items replaced") but the marks
stay the same! If anyone has any suggestions I am open, but as for now
I have to manually change each one using cut/paste or single changes
using the glyphs pallette.
Thanks!

In InDesign preferences, go into the type section, and untick 'use
typographers quotes'. I don't think this affects anything you've
already typed, only what you type subsequently.
