Problem with dwscripts.js

I am having a problem tying to copy and paste using Dreamweaver. I keep getting
a javascript error:
At line 56 of file C:\Program
files\macromedia\Dreamweaver8\configuration\shared \scripts\dwscriptsExtData.js
Reference error: dwscripts.js is undefined.

I all of a sudden started having this problem I reinstalled the app but still
get the same thing.:brokenheart;:confused;

Try some of the steps in this TechNote page:

I'd suggest trying step 4 in the "Troubleshooting steps" section first then go from there.

Thank you.

I deleted WinFileCache-7A9586CB.dat from C:\Documents and
Settings\[username]\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Configuration and that
did the trick.

But then Dreamweaver had to rebuild the site cache. It took a while but that's
OK.
