Problem with installing player
Hi all,
I am running on XP with Firefox and Explorer.
I had download the last Shockwave player 11 and tried to install it, when it
ask me to install also norton i said yes, but when the download and the install
started I had stopped it.
Now, every time I try to reinstall the Shockwave player, it never ask me to
install norton, but after 15 sec it shows me the error showed here

(... try to install again with an admin account...) ... but I AM the admin :(
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the player, I tried to uninstall the norton
installation too, rebooting every time... but nothing... I'm not able to
install the player... can anyone help me??? pleeeeeease...
