Problem with Installing Shockwave in Windows XP, IE 7.0
In Upuzzles.com got message to update Shockwave. Get message that installation
is complete, but cannot open puzzles. Have deleted original Macromedia from
programs; then tried reloading from web site. Same result but now cannot find
program on computer. Contacted Adobe Tech Support and have done all their
suggestions to no avail. Want to play my games; how do I get Shockwave to load
properly? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem, no news from Adobe for me either yet. I have a
feeling I may have some viruses on my system which may be causing the problem
but would like to hear what Adobe have to say first before doing anything.
