    Default Problem with queryparams

Recently upgraded to Coldfusion 7 using JDBC drivers (V 3.5) with Oracle 8i.
Since then we have been getting problems with some queryparams in <cfquery> SQL
    statement...., eg,
    <cfqueryparam value="#ValueList(get_service.ct_service_id)#" list="yes">. This
    returns the following error:
Error executing Databse query. [Macromedia][Oracle JDBC] Internal error: Net8
    protocol error.

    <cfqueryPARAM value="#arguments.request_id#" cfsqltype="cf_sql_integer"
maxlength="10"> This returns the following error:
    For input string: ":099960" null.

    Can anyone help?

I dont think its that because you can enter data in forms in other places after
that has happened and it works fine. I also opened up another browser at the
same time and ran the query again and it worked. the problems happens at the
same place every time but only after running that query several times. We are
going to run a hotfix update issued by adobe so will see if that solves the
    problem.
