problem with 'refreshing' my website

Hi,


I put my website on two different providers. The start page (index.html) is
a frame containing a window left with clickable menu items that can't
scroll, and the main window right. When clicking on a menu item, the page
comes in the main window right.
My problem is: when i click on a menu item and then i click on the 'refresh'
button, with provider A the page in the main window is refreshed, but with
provider B, the start page appears in the main window. This happens on all
computers on any connection to internet. I conclude that the problem is on
the provider B, but what can i do about this?
