gtk+-2.2.4 i've encountered an unknow (to me, that is) problem. ./configure
did ok. no errors reported. while doing 'make' however the compiling stops

    or storage class
    (etc.etc. followed by)

    gdkcolor-x11.c: In function 'gdk_colormap_alloc1'
gdkcolor-x11.c: 755: warning: comparison between signed and unsigned
    gdkcolor-x11.c: In function 'gdk_colormap_query_color'
gdkcolor-x11.c: 1214: warning: comparison between signed and unsigned
