Cleaning Test File: Error.
The server is unable to delete a file.
This operation is important for some Contribute features.
Some anonymous account users have restricted use of the Delete operation.

Re: Problems connecting through Proxy Server
are you using CPS?
if so it won't ever work because the soap object sent via Contribute to CPS has no proxy settings. (the ftp and browser does)
If your not using CPS then ignore this ;0)
