As someone suggested over something similar some time ago, what you can do if
you want to duplicate the layout appearance, is to take a screen shot of the
pdf, and paste it into FMP in layout mode, this effectively becomes wallpaper.
Then use that as a template to line up and overlay the corresponding FM fields
and other graphical elements such as the logo. Delete the pdf image paste when
finished.
