Problems editing

When trying to edit a frames base page.
header is lock, menu is locked.
I only want to edit Content page. It says it is locked because I am
currently editing it. Even though I am not.

Do you have any Macromedia Applications locking any of the other pages the other frames point to?

I deleted the .lck file that was locking it and now all ok.

I am currently running Contribute V3 and having problems editing we had a
system crash last week and since then everytime I go to edit my website the
page is not display correctly just shows icons. I notice that it appears to be
bringing the page up in bodycontainer template, normally this is sitting at
normal template can anyone advise please
