Default Problems setting up development site

I have installed CF7 onto a XP Professional workstation, installation went
without a hitch. The datasouces linked up fine with our central SQL Server and
MS Access stores. I now want to link up another workstation to access the
integral CF webserver but the PC is not part of the same domain. Is there a way
    to do this effectively?

I may be misunderstanding what you're trying to accomplish, but the
developer edition of CF is designed for localhost access only plus an
additional two outside IPs. Can you elaborate on what you mean by
linking another workstation to access the CF webserver? Do you just
mean letting someone else hit your machine for development purposes?
