Default Problems when printing tiled images

I have a map which I want to tile and print in big size on many sheets.
I am using “Panther” 10.3.3 and a LaserWriter 4/600 PS via an AsanteTalk bridge.

This may sound basic to some of you, but as a new user I have tried for hours to make it print out properly. As I print a few millimeters of the image at the margin of every page is “eaten”. The pages therefore do not fit perfectly together as they should.

    Can someone please help me?

    Sincerely

Make usre you're using Tile Imageable Areas, and not Tile Full Pages.

Default Re: Problems when printing tiled images

Under “File” — “Document Setup” I have chosen “Tile Imageable Areas”. The problem must lie somewhere else.

.... and by the way I am using Illustrator 10.

    Thanks for the answer anyway
