Problems with Batch Process - Someone Please HELP!!!!!!!!

I am using Fireworks on Windows XP I Dont know if this causes Fireworks to run differently, but each time I try and add pictures while using batch process from a folder when I hit the add button only the name of the folder is being added ... I cannot get the individual picture names to add. Can someone help me please! I use the software at work on Windows 98 and it works fine :( Please help.

Hello,

I believe I have sent you a support email reply regarding this issue.
Basically, you need to download the 4.02 updaters for Fireworks 4.
