Hi everybody !

I have problems with exporting Illustrator CS document to Photoshop, the problem is that I (SOMETIMES)can't check "Write Layers" option in the Export popup :(

In documentation it's said that the "Write Layers" option will be enabled if "doing so does not compromise the appearance of the artwork".

In one of my artworks which causes such problem there are 3 layers, first one containing CLIPPING PATHS, GRADIENTS , TRANSPARENCY , COMPOUND PATHS,
secound one is a COMPOUND PATH with transparency, and the last one is a simple, filled square. Color mode is set to CMYK, no spot colors are being used.

So, my question is which of the features(or combination of them)described above could be the reason for disable "Write Layers" option ? Or, maybe there is something else...
