Problems with 'foreign' text in Acrobat 7.0 form fields
Hi all,
I have a form which is filled in by customers (many of which are abroad) and sent back to me. It works fine in Acrobat 6.0 CE, but I'm having problems with vanishing characters in some languages when I use Acrobat 7.0 Professional.
For example, the Greek character Omega always disappears - it definitely exists in the font that the form field is set to. I get the same behaviour with other fonts, including Myriad Pro.
The fonts all behave fine in Illustrator, so I'm assuming either I'm doing something wrong or there's something broken in Acrobat.
I have similar problems with some other languages too.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks in advance
Rob
