Problems with FreeHand MX and OS 9.2.2
Hi all,
I can't lunch FreeHand MX in OS 9.2.2. I have a partitioned system OSX and OS 9.2.2.
MX launches in OSX but sometimes I need to work in 9. Has any one else come across this issue, and if so were you able to fix the problem, and how?
Thanks!!!

I'm using MX, the funny thing is that on a different machine with the same specs it lunches with no problem.

Re: Problems with FreeHand MX and OS 9.2.2
Try following these steps carefully:
1. Check if you have Virtual Memory On. Turn it OFF.
2. Allocate more memory to FreeHand MX (11.0)
3. Use the "OS 9.2.2 base set of Extension" and restart your machine
If everything worked fine with the base set of extension, you need to
isolate which extension is causing the issue. Please refer to this link for
the steps:

ng.htm#extension
4. Move the System Fonts folder to the desktop then restart you machine
before you run FreeHand MX (11.0)
If everything worked fine after moving the System Font folder to the
desktop, you have a possible corrupt font issue. You need to install 5 sets
of fonts at a time in your system to determine which font is causing the
issue.
Here's a link that can help you with the font install:
