I added
#include <errno.h>
into kimberlite-2.0.0/src/utils/invalidatebuffers.c below the other
includes and then it compiled O.K.

my cluster works O.K. up to the point where I try to use cluadmin to
add a service and it kills quorumd. I still havn't got this going
properly.
