Problems with Shockwave Player

Have bn trying for days now to run a game page (Cyberjuegos) everytime that I
open the page it tells me that the shockwave have errors to contact the
author of the program. have installed and re installed the program plenty of
times and it still gives me the same error.
Try using different browsers (Mozilla, Netscape, Internet Explorer) you name
it.
Dont know what else to do.
Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
