Program files in "My Documents" folder?
I installed Windows XP Home Edition as an upgrade from
98SE. It has put a bunch of "program files" in the "My
Documents" folder. Do they belong there or somewhere
else? For example, it includes "wordpad.exe".

No, that's a very unusual location for Wordpad. It's normally in
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\
