Hi,
Using InDesign cs Windows can anyone make a suggestion as to what the
proper document presets would be for a typical 5.5 by 8.5 book? I
initially set the presets to:

1 column
..1667 inch gutter

Margins:
top = .5 inch
bottom = 1 inch
inside = .25 inch
outside = .5 inch

Bleed and Slug all set to zero

I think I may not be leaving enough space.
