protect / secure external videos
This is detailed so have tried searching... to no avail. Please, even some
links to get me rolling.
Our CDROM's up till now, have been distributed with a folder of dxrs and a
folder of mov's. Although the directors are protected, the video's can be
lifted from the CD. In my training I've always had imported video that requires
the external video to follow it's director files everywhere. If swf files (of
similar size i.e. a swf made from an flv) are fully embedded into the director
movie, would this drastically effect the running of my director file? Some of
these director's have a lot of video (& audio) at 640x480.
Or am I being daft here as there is, in fact, a way to protect all the
external videos?

There have been many posts on this topic. The two easiest (IMO) are to put
a black layer on top of the video and then turn that layer off in Director
(must use QT), or use the QT media key.
